DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Standard delivery is between 3-4 weeks, but may be a bit longer during peak season (June-August). If you need something quick, check out our Stock bags. Most are available to ship within the week.
Returns
CUSTOM: No returns will be accepted for any custom bag order. Our bags are made to order and are not restockable.
STOCK: Unused stock bags can be returned for account credit, providing that the return is within three (3) months from the date of the invoice. There is a 25% restocking fee.
Contact Customer Service for RMA authorization and return procedures.
- Call RYNO Customer Service: 1-888-609-6725 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Provide your Customer ID, contact name, PO number, phone and fax number and reason for return.
- Place products and our faxed RA sheet in the box.
- Write RA number, in large print, on outside of box.
- UPS will pick up the next business day.
